X9C104P Digital Potentiometer 100KΩ - (AD026)

Description:

Non-volatile 100kΩ digital potentiometer with low-power CMOS technology, ideal for applications requiring programmable resistance adjustment. It features 100 steps of resolution and 99 temperature-compensated resistive elements, maintaining its value even after power disconnections thanks to its integrated EEPROM memory. Compatible with X9102/103/104/503, it operates at 5V with a maximum standby current consumption of 500µA. Control is via a 3-wire TTL Up/Down interface. DIP8 package for easy integration into analog control and remote calibration circuits.
